Who are the Mentors, and what do they do?

Mentor is a name for an adult that is part of a FIRST team. The job of a Mentor is to assist in the teams functions and make sure the team works as it should. The students themselves build the robot, but the skills they use to do just that are taught by the Mentors. From programming the robot to building its parts, these jobs all have an expert looking over the students to make sure the job is done efficiently and correctly. Being a Mentor is voluntary, and a learning experience for not just the students, but the Mentor also.
